StoreDot is a pioneer in the development of silicon-dominated batteries and ultra-fast charging for electric vehicles. The Israel-based company aims to produce an EV battery by 2024 that can reach 100 miles in just five minutes.
A key part of the strategic agreement is the collaboration between Polestar and StoreDot to explore the application and application of charging technology to Polestar’s test models and concepts. One ongoing test case is adapting StoreDot cell technology for the Polestar model, with the aim of accelerating charging and increasing circularity.
