The Toyota Supra will be coming soon with a manual gearbox. So far, the latest generation Supra is only available with an eight-speed automatic transmission – the manual switch fan is left blank.

The manual transmission option which has now been officially confirmed is a six-speed transmission which is only offered along with a three-liter inline-six (340 hp) engine borrowed from BMW.

Positive side effect of the new transmission: The hand-cracked Supra should be a bit lighter than the automatic version. The manual Supra will be available in Germany from the fall of 2022.
