Bobbie Jean Carter was an American woman who is known for being the sister of former US President, Jimmy Carter. She was born on March 14, 1927 in Archery, Georgia to James Earl Carter Sr. and Lillian Gordy Carter. Bobbie was the eldest of four siblings and had three younger brothers.
